Hours Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Central Standard Time Orders We typically respond to order requests within 24 hours. You will be notified of any items out of stock or backordered. Please allow approximately one week for payment processing. Orders are prepared upon approval of payment and should be received within four weeks of processing. Shipping We ship USPS insured or FedEx insured. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Delivery charges are calculated depending on weight and value of your order. Standard shipping charges below: For all orders less than one pound: $299 and under $8.50 $300 - $500 $10.50 $501 - $800 $13.50 $801 - $1,000 $15.50 Shipping rates on orders over one pound and/or $1,000 will be confirmed by email. Special Orders We accept special orders. Custom pieces, changes in length or stones are all accepted, based on approval and availability. Please use the Notes field to indicate your special order. Special orders are subject to more processing time than normal orders. You will be notified of expected delivery date once your order has been approved. Repairs All Jocelyn Broyles jewelry is guaranteed under normal wear and usage for 60 days from shipment. Any product needing repair within 60 days under normal wear and usage may be returned to Jocelyn Broyles for repair free of charge. Jocelyn Broyles reserves the right to determine normal wear and usage. If your jewelry is in need of repair after 60 days, we are happy to repair it for a minimal charge plus shipping and handling. Please contact us for a quote before shipping. For your protection, please send all repairs via UPS or USPS insured in a well-padded envelope or box. Returns and Exchanges If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new and saleable condition, for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Sale items, custom orders and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Only items purchased from our online store are eligible for this return policy. Any items purchased through our retailers are subject to individual retailers' policies. All returns and exchanges must have a RMA number. Please email us for an RMA number before mailing. Please package your return in a well-padded envelope or box, include your receipt and ship via UPS or USPS insured, as we cannot be responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipment. You will be contacted once your item(s) are received. Care of your jewelry Sterling silver, gold-fill and gold vermeil jewelry may be cleaned with Wright's silver cream (available at most grocery and hardware stores). Copper jewelry may be cleaned with Wright's copper cream. Pearls, turquoise and opals are especially delicate and should avoid soap and polishes. Any piece of jewelry that has been color treated by oxidizing or by a patina should not be cleaned.
